By accessing or using the MojoOTT service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
2. Service Description
MojoOTT provides an IPTV streaming service that allows users to access live television channels, movies, and series content through compatible devices and applications.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
4. Payment and Subscriptions
Subscriptions are billed according to the plan selected. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to redistribute, resell (without authorization), or share your account credentials. Violation of this policy may result in account termination without refund.
6. Service Availability
We strive for 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen circumstances may cause temporary service interruptions.
7. Limitation of Liability
MojoOTT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for your current subscription period.
